High Pressure Oil resistant rubber hose is a very common thing in our daily life, such as oil pump, oil cylinder, gas station, refueling truck, oil delivery need to use oil resistant rubber hose. Oil resistant rubber hose relative to the steel pipe is soft, light, has the characteristics of high pressure and small compression volume deformation, safe and reliable use, light weight and easy installation and use, so it is widely used.

Usually oil resistant rubber hose mainly uses nitrile -butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber by butadiene and acrylonitrile polymerization, acrylonitrile content is higher, the better the oil resistance.

Application:

Loading and discharging of petroleum products on ship with an aromatic content.

Above hose is suitable for petroleum and all other petroleum products with an aromatic content less than 50%. 

End Connection:

Flanged type or threaded nipple duly vulcanized in hose or as per purchaser's requirement. 

Working pressure:  7.0 MPa

Bursting pressure: 28.0 MPa

Test pressure:  14.0 MPa

Temperature range: -40℃~+160℃
