Oil resistant rubber hose is a very common thing in our daily life, such as oil pump, oil cylinder, gas station, refueling truck, oil delivery need to use oil resistant rubber hose. Oil resistant rubber hose relative to the steel pipe is soft, light, has the characteristics of high pressure and small compression volume deformation, safe and reliable use, light weight and easy installation and use, so it is widely used.

Usually oil resistant rubber hose mainly uses nitrile -butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber by butadiene and acrylonitrile polymerization, acrylonitrile content is higher, the better the oil resistance.

Construction: (Smooth Bore)

Lining: Resistant to petroleum liquids. 

Reinforcement: Cotton textile or synthetic material with G.I. embedded wire.

Cover: Resistant to weather abrasion and petroleum products.

Application: Discharging of petrol and diesel oil from tank truck & between tank, trucks & trailers. Suitable for pressure, vacuum and self discharge. Very low deformation when used for petrol. 

Rough bore, medium weight, maximum flexibility with internal and external wire reinforcement and corrugated outer cover.

Working pressure:  2.0 MPa

Bursting pressure: 8.0 MPa

Test pressure:  4.0 MPa
